For those who may wonder, his heart looks about the same (too thick), but the doctor’s best guess has shifted from Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy to Non-Compaction Cardiomyopathy. In either case, the condition has to be followed, but is “unlikely to affect him.” The word “unlikely” isn’t quite the assurance you hope for, but it’s what they give you.
Come on though, that kid is pretty dope, right? Doesn’t it look like we’re trying to build a superhero?
